ObRecent Events: It's mostly irreparable. There are methods of stress relief, but like any body system, a feedback loop forms somewhere somehow and can lead to a spiral into dismal living, or a spiral back to a stable point. I feel confident about my own personal system and 45 more years, even if lots of people around me don't about their own systems.
