You misunderstood me, Dan. I was not implying that you tend to refuse to
back your claims with data. Heck, you tend to provide so many links and
data that you sometimes unintentionally shut someone up because s/he is
overwhelmed by the avalanche.

The pattern I am referring is this one:
1. At one point in the Landmine debate, you refused to back your claims
about my sources (despite repeated requests).
2. Over time, various people have accused me of all kinds of things without
backing their claims with hard evidence (despite repeated requests).
3. Erik has made various claims recently, including one about my mental
health, without backing his claims with hard evidence (despite repeated
requests).

Notice the pattern?

That seems highly unlikely. I am perfectly willing to accept your claim, as
long as your evidence looks credible and I cannot find anything to refute
that evidence.

Attention all Brinellers. Dan Minette is posting again. Be prepared for
snow storms. In hilly and mountainous areas, beware of avalanches.
