See, that's BS.  They should ignore the topics that bore them, or work on continuing 
their own.  Not only is it right in the list guidelines, but it takes a lot of balls 
to complain that someone else's topic is distracting from his own, rather than simply 
assuming his topic maybe just wasn't that interesting.  :)
