If you're going to complain about self-organizing systems, then complain to
whoever or whatever you believe invented the universe, not me. Or the Santa
Fe Institute, perhaps.

So maybe I should have known that people from Brin-L, engaged in testing a
new home for the list, would talk about what's going on with the list. And
you are chastising me for creating this unintentional conspiracy? That's an
oxymoron... but a somewhat thought-provoking one. Perhaps I'll write
something about self-organizing conspiracies. Isn't that what evolution is?

I think that you consider apologizing for using the word "conspiracy" in the
first place, because it further poisoned the atmosphere around here. And I
DEMAND... er, no, that's not right. Do what you believe is right.

I apologize to anyone who felt like the test list was an exclusive club.
That was most certainly not my intention at any point -- and I appreciate
those who recognized it.

Nick
