This episode WAS good. I was just a bit surprised that it implied that the
superheroes were causing death - even if they were Nazi deaths.

I think that you are absolutely correct. My daughter loves a less than
obvious plot line. She is rapidly becoming a mystery fan. As much as I hate
to admit it, she loves movies like "The Fifth Element" and "Stargate" and
thrives on "who done it" types of story lines. We watched a mystery show
recently and she predicted the ending in an uncanny fashion. After being
amazed for a few hours and mentioning it to my mom, she (my mom) told me
that my daughter had watched the show at her house the day before.  :-)
