This episode WAS good. I was just a bit surprised that it implied that the superheroes were causing death - even if they were Nazi deaths. > Super Friends was a dumbed down version of superhero stories written by > people whose contempt for the sophisticated minds of children > showed through > in every episode. My daughter loves a less than obvious plot line. She is rapidly becoming a mystery fan. As much as I hate to admit it, she loves movies like "The Fifth Element" and "Stargate" and thrives on "who done it" types of story lines. We watched a mystery show recently and she predicted the ending in an uncanny fashion. After being amazed for a few hours and mentioning it to my mom, she (my mom) told me that my daughter had watched the show at her house the day before. :-) > I like the old silly cartoons too and think that they are > important.
