Cigarette advertising has been scaled back in the US over the past
decades. They used to bind cigarette ads into paperback books. (I have
a few PKD books with cigarette ads in them, for example.)
Erasing cigarettes from existing images is wrong, IMO. They can find
another image, or not use smokers. :)
