In this case (as we would aim to do with all), we let a lot of them go by before taking action. Please recall that I posted a long list of them. Jeroen isn't banned from the list. He's moderated. I've shut off access to my company's server from his ISP because of attempted hacking, which Jeroen pretty much admitted to. Without access to my server, Jeroen can't post to the list, but that's a result of his hacking, not his behavior on the list. And it was the third or fourth time he'd sent them. That was just the largest burst. As I said, I've been patient, not immediately responding to anything except when I discovered Jeroen's IP address in our security logs.
