That's not the reason why. The reason is I don't want to permanently
turn anyone off of the IHOP on Research at Ohlen. (Although there's
been a somewhat embarassing/funny incident that I was actually involved
in a lot more recently than the secondhand Bambi story took place....)

Let's not talk about Flower. I almost hit Flower earlier this month.
And on the long road to get to the main road, someone hits Flower a
couple of times a month, and Flower gets upset nearby two or three times
a month. (OK, so I talked about Flower....)
