I haven't studied it at all. My dad is currently undergoing cancer therapy. Last April, he got the five year all-clear after his kidney tumour was removed. Three months later he started showing symptoms. In December he was diagnosed with tumours in a vertebra and in his brain. Late in December he had radiotherapy for the one in his back and in a few weeks he's going under the gamma knife to destroy the tumour in his brain. They've also found two enlarged lymph nodes in his chest and think they might have cancer in them too, so to treat that and whatever is left after all the irradiation he'll be on interferon for the next year.
