Respect them or not as you like, it doesn't change the fact that a coach's job is to 
win.  And it is a job.  We can all it a game all you like, but when the Redskins sell 
for, what was it, a half-billion dollars or something like that, it's a prtetty big 
business.

It's true you don't have to like it, but you're romanticizing the game just a bit, I 
think.
