Anyone have advice? A friend needs one. His needs are basic, simple games
and e-mail. walmart has a compaq on sale for $600, 2.1 celeron, 256MB RAM,
60GB HD, I'm assuming on the motherboard video, printer, 17 inch monitor,
cdr/dvd writer (don't know if it has separate cd player), home XP and other
cheap software.
Please, no discussions about XP or compaq. Just asking if anyone has been
looking lately and what they thought was a good deal.
