Weren't the Vulcan's converted to aerial tankers? (Un)Fortunately, my military knowledge is concentrated on ground forces, mainly because tanks are cooler...(Two raids on Port Stanley constituted the only combat use of Britain's Vulcan bombers in their three decades of service. They're beautiful aircraft - I was lucky enough to see one flying at an airshow before it was finally grounded.)
