I do not use a spellchecker. I refer to a dictionary occasionally.
My mother's parents were married for 52, almost 53 years (then my
grandfather died). My grandmother won spelling bees on a regular basis when
she was in her teens.
Now, my spelling ability and my ability to remember that I needed to add
something to the grocery list sometime before I've started unloading the
cart at the checkout have nothing to do with each other. :)
