No.  Spontaneous miscarriages don't seem to be a factor in the risk of
having a preterm baby, and most women who have spontaneous miscarriages
early in a pregnancy go on to have healthy babies on the subsequent try. 
(There are exceptions, and the impression I have from talking to various
people is that more of the miscarriages are experienced by fewer of the
women.)
