OTOH (to insert one small bit of humor in what is,
actually, a very serious topic) I was and am, as a
straight male, entirely in favor of any and all forms
of women's college athletics. By common consent the
most attractive women at my school were on the Women's
Soccer Team (out of 25 players something like 23 were
blonde and cute - they used to make jokes about it all
the time - the coach was a little sketchy) which
certainly made my college experience a lot more umm,
aesthetically enjoyable. I'd _much_ rather go to
school with them than football players, and my
roommate was a football player :-) The best party I
ever went to in four years at college was a private
one that they ran :-)
