Some are, check out the store hours on the Salem one here: http://www.state.nh.us/liquor/outlet_stores/outlet_stores.htm I think the Sunday revenue thing is a big deal. To help out the border stores, in Massachusetts, they allow liquor stores within 10 miles of the New Hampshire and Vermont borders to sell liquor on Sunday... Which of course means that the stores 11 miles the border are feeling pretty steamed.
