That is not how reasonable doubt is defined, at least not in Texas.  If
that were the standard, we'd have few convictions.  Reasonable doubt was
defined, when I was on a jury, as "the sort of doubt that would cause you
to hesitate in your most serious affairs."  An example of "most serious
affairs" was buying a house.
