The death of innocent civilians.
This crime is a two way street.... yes, warring parties have to try and
avoid civilian casualties, but civilians have to try and stay out of the
way too.
Of course, since they'll be dead, we can't prosecute them - but I would
likely vote to convict the organizers of this charade.....
