I meant that the only democracy where the majority of the people favor going to war without specific UN authorization is the US. The Spanish numbers, back in January, were that 74% were opposed to going to war, even with UN authorization. A March 15th poll by YouGov indicates that support for war without UN authorization is growing in GB, but is still fairly small. 32% approve, while 60% disapprove.
