The phrase used was "crash spectacularly", I believe,
which would seem to imply more than the above - but I
would take that bet, too.  In 2023 the US will still
be the world's dominant power and able to project its
power globally - an even harder bet for me to win than
Andrew's, which would seem to require that the US do
no more than suffer only slow decline for me (and
everyone else who's taken him up on his generous
offer) to win.
