I don't think that 6 or 7 are fair. IMO, an alien invasion
would merit a giant neutral score, since it would have
nothing to do with American policies. 6, on the other hand,
might actually be seen as a *victory* for America, if
American policies are largely responsible for the rise in
technology and per capita wealth that causes the singularity.
