True, but they were set up because blacks, Jews, gays, women etc., were 
intentionally EXCLUDED from mainstream institutions and had no choice but to set up 
their own. And no good ol' white boy ever said a word in protest. It was only 
when they were forced to stop discriminating that they started bitching about 
"reverse discrimination."

No, "these guys" are just a bunch of scumbag racists. And sexists. And almost 
certainly anti-Semites. Nothing like a racist to feel sorry for himself when 
he's not allowed to openly discriminate any more.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Straight white guys still get every possible 
advantage in this society. It's just that they had it their own way for so 
long, they came to feel that was the natural order of things. Attempts to 
redress the balance just a little bit on behalf of the previously excluded seems to 
them, not justice, but unfairness. But it never every occurred to them just 
how unfair the previous system was. The average white guy gets all kinds of 
advantages, he just doesn't see them.
