I was able to obtain a '98 ratio for hourly wages for full time workers at

www.russellsage.org/publications/working_papers/blaukahn_jep.pdf

Women 25-34 averaged 85% of the wages of men during that period.  So, hours
worked is indeed a factor, but not the only factor.
