Well, the leader/representative meetings would be one of the changes (and it would apply throughout much of Africa and S.E. Asia as well as the Middle East). I was thinking more of the focus of the community at large - corporate and government - and how they dealt with some of the chauvanistic societies, or some of the aggressive societies, or even the more belligerent religious sects. A female leader won't change that - Israel, India and Pakistan haven't been changed dramatically by female leadership, but when an entire society became matriarchal, would there be the same support for war? Would there be the same priorities on spending on defence vs foreign aid? Would we start to see human rights conditions being set on aid and actually being monitored and tested?Would certainly change the dynamic between the developed countries and third world countries...
In which way do you see the dynamics changing? About the only difference I can think of is the unease a few midlle-east
countries' representatives would feel if they had to deal with females
on a regular basis.
I just think that a matriarchal western society would want changes in third world countries more than a patriarchal society does, and I think the third world countries wouldn't be adept at dealing with it.
Can't see it happening so we'll never know...
