No, this is wrong. You can't place _sure_ in a statement that
depends on some other people's good behaviour. This
sentence is as correct as "the only way to be sure one does not get
AIDS is to only have sex with people that do not have AIDS".

And you can't be sure of not getting AIDS even if you have no
sex - you can be infected by contaminated blood
