Nope, not at all. And it's perfectly legal to breastfeed pretty much
anywhere in Texas. :)
I was feeding babies in DC outside of the hotel room. One day, we did a
little sightseeing, and I fed them, one after the other, on a park
bench. (I used a sling to do it a little more discreetly.) And I fed
them both at the wedding reception, again using the sling, walking
around this time. It was kind of funny to see the reaction of a few men
when they realized what was going on. I think my cousin Betsy's
husband's reaction was the most amusing. And I impressed one mother
who'd used a sling for carrying her baby, but had never quite mastered
the feeding while walking trick.

btw, there was *no* place to change a diaper in the ladies' room at the
Lincoln Memorial, which was somewhat irritating
