I would vote against a law or Constitutional Amendment banning gay marriage. But I will be honest with you. It would not necessarily be a vote in favor of gay marriage per se, but it would be a vote against telling people what they can and cannot do. I think it's important to make that distinction. I don't know that I am in favor of gay marriage, but I am opposed to treating a group of people (who are not harming others) differently because of who and what they are.
