I thought the whole thing was terribly *lame*, first and foremost. That's where my initial offense came in -- I expect the lead-up to "Are you ready for some football?" to be more interesting.
Well I don't usually even see the leadup unless I get off early. I don't watch much network TV especially since the start of the phoney "reality" craze, but my general impression is that most of it is in bad taste. Like you the only thing I ever watch is Blue and I watch that infrequently. After last week's episode I probably won't watch it it anymore either.
