What utter mularkey!!!!! Hussein was dodging the inspectors left and right. Even Hans Blix never accused the Iraqis of providing full cooperation!!! George Bush gave the "Axis of Evil" speech in January of 2002. He did invade Iraq until March of 2003 - after over a year of negotiations with our allies, and a unanmous UN Security Council resolution offering Iraq a "final opportunity" to comply with UN inspections. All of this occurring after 12+ years of Iraq dodging inspections and failing to live up to its UN obligations and its obligations under the cease-fire that ended the first Gulf War.
