Well, then I don't face my fear of scorpions.

I just kill them, dispose of the body, and then sit gibbering in the corner for the next 10 minutes.

At least this way, I'm greatly reducing the chances of someone getting stung, which is the *real* fear I have. It's extremely unpleasant to have your 6-month-old stung by a scorpion! And some of the ones I kill aren't outweighed by a factor of several million to one -- several thousands to one on some of them, sure, but not millions.
