At least this way, I'm greatly reducing the chances of someone
getting stung, which is the *real* fear I have. It's extremely
unpleasant to have your 6-month-old stung by a scorpion!
It probably ain't on the short list of the 6mo's favorite things, either.
And some of the ones I kill aren't outweighed by a factor of several
million to one -- several thousands to one on some of them, sure,
but not millions.
