The problem that I see with observers is that they will sometimes 
get the call wrong. Now I realise that that doesn't sound too bad, 
the odd wrong call out of many, but if you think about it every time 
they are called on to decide a debated call and get it wrong the 
person making the shitty call will feel justified in making it. They 
have gained an advantage for their team and an independent figure 
has said what they did was ok.
Without observers the team that have had the shitty call made 
against them still have the chance to counteract the shitty call 
when the disc is sent back. Observers however would remove that 
chance as the decision will be made one way or the other.
