OK, slight problem, but don't panic yet.
I've been in contact with a few folk about Nationals venues, but now
they've all fallen through. I realise it's late-ish now, but don't
worry - with your help we'll get something sorted...
I need more bids for 4/5 March.
NEED: 2 Pitches (16 Teams).
Would like: Largest pitches possible; some floor space for players.
Qualifiers are filling up nicely - I can personally guarantee that a
16 team nationals will not have to scratch around for teams and is a
guaranteed money-maker.
So phone your local sports hall NOW!!! I can't do anything without
bids, unless everybody wants to traipse all the way up here to
Scotland. No? Thought not...
And one more thing - for all you quality players out there who don't
play much indoors - Ro Sham Bo won Student's this year, FIFTEEN - ONE
in the final. They're pretty damned handy. The last I heard, the
majority of that team was planning to play Opens as Fusion Students.
Don't you think they deserve some serious competition? Are you scared
of them?....Show these youngsters who's boss, why don't you, and get
yourselves down to UKU Indoors this season.
