Hello,

I read the rules again recently and already noticed two rules which had
changed since the last time I read them in any detail a couple of years ago.
These were quite explicit in their interpretation but there's another which
I'm just looking for some clarification:

If the disc is thrown and two people go up for it, the O calls a foul and
the D contests it, common opinion seems to be that the disc is returned to
the thrower and the people involved in the foul/contest remain where they
are while everyone else returns to where they were when the disc was thrown.
This has always seemed a little odd to me, and occasionally unfair. However
rule 10.2 seems to imply this shouldn't happen - that everyone should go
back to where they were when the disc was thrown.

I'm just worried I've missed a clause somewhere as this seems to be a widely
played (possible) misinterpretation (or use of an old rule), and I thought
I'd get some opinions before being shouted down for trying to call it at
Tour!

Let me know what you think
Alex
