The line set(ENV{CLASSPATH} @CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR@/doc/docbook) I think is
intended to put the log4j.properties file in the classpath of fop (I
suppose that should be the bin directory, or if src is OK there isn't much
point in copying log4j.properties around) but I'm not sure if a) it's
actually finding log4j.properties and b) the settings in log4j.properties
actually make sense.
