I have fixed rt_hrt_norm() by removing the VUNITIZE function which
normalizes the norm vector.The visual discontinuities in the the middle of
the heart have been removed and the whole surface is smooth.

However, the ray tracing was slow (there were quite a number of misses
during ray tracing).

Don't mind the background and colour of the heart for now. I'll produce a
more presentable animation with a dark background and red colour as Tom
Browder suggested. This video is for developers to see more progress on the
heart primitive.
