As you were exploring the frameworks before your proposal submissions
finalizing one shouldn't take that much time. By this time you must be
showing examples made by your own. Anyway, still it would be better to
do before actual coding starts.

What other frameworks have you explored? What is the second option?

We don't have any problem in discarding Meteor but the thing is you
need to be sure that the other option would be promising and it would
not create trouble for you during development period.

Be interactive. Start sharing your small / big progress.
