I haven't looked much into other full stack frameworks, but have
tasted expressjs and laravel.

It's not about meteor being good or bad, I like meteor as a framework
but I am actually a bit concerned about use of packages which comes
with it's own merits and demerits. Basically about updating overhead
and dependency upon package manager.

I have packaged three.js latest version (r67) for meteor and I am also
able to run OBJLoader example via that package.
