These are interesting if your experience with Bullet is strong, you come up 
with a good understanding of our code, and propose an interesting objective.  
Otherwise, they are more of a priority for SOCIS (which we will likely apply to 
participate in again if you are eligible).

This is the highest priority in general (of those you listed), but also the 
hardest.  If you don’t already have a background in NURBS, I would not suggest 
proposing it.

This is probably the second highest priority and considerably easier, but 
requires deeper understanding of our librt code (especially the existing BoT 
plate-mode code).

> point clouds

Ditto this one only being interesting if you have prior experience and a solid 
interesting objective.

Definitely interesting but definitely the most work too — not hard, but a LOT 
of work and radial edge is complicated to understand.

The best project idea is the one you understand the most and can make the most 
interesting and useful progress, no matter what our priorities are.
