Welcome Olexandr!  Glad to see one of our top-10 finalists is back involved 
again.

The task is not listed simply because it’s hard to craft a project idea that 
focuses on the coding side of things.  It is one of our four top priority 
strategic areas and part of an identified strategic project (see doc/STRATEGY). 
 Your challenge will be to propose something that doesn’t involve much of any 
setup and integration as GSoC projects primarily concern themselves with 
writing code.

Please join IRC, stick around, and we can discuss this in more detail.  I’d 
like to hear more about what code you’d think would make for a good project.
