Hello,

The student application period is about to end. I've been a bit busy the
last couple of days. I'll spend some more time on the proposal tomorrow.

If anyone can tell me how I can improve it, I'd be grateful. I added in
more detail and listed a weekly schedule as suggested. I understand that
the mentors have a lot of proposals to review and have their hands full,
but at the same time am a little apprehensive.
