Hello Santosh and welcome!

This heavily depends on your programming experience. I suggest starting with
something very simple and seeing if you can figure it out. If you get a
checkout of the main BRL-CAD sources [1], compile and run mged and archer.
There are basic tutorials on the website [2] on how to use mged and most of
what you learn transfers to archer as well.

Once you have a basic grasp on how to create a box, for example, I’d suggest
looking at the doc/STRATEGY file and pick one of the lines marked TODO that
sounds doable (there are currently 100 such tasks). That’s essentially a list
of immediate priorities and work that should take someone less than a week to
complete in most cases.

Then you will quickly discover the large chasm that is between open source CAx
and proprietary CAx. ;)

Experience such as yours is invaluable in prioritizing our efforts in useful
productive areas; thanks stepping up to contribute. You can make a huge
difference. With your background, a more advanced project of value might be
something like [3].

Mobile security can be enabling, not merely restricting. Employees who
bring their own devices (BYOD) to work are irked by the imposition of MDM
restrictions. Mobile Device Manager Plus allows you to control only the
apps on BYO-devices by containerizing them, leaving personal data untouched!
