I have mainly done 2D work with OpenGL, but recently have been working
more with 3D and with more recent versions of OpenGL. I am currently
working on an STL file viewer that uses OpenGL 4.3 routines. I'm
wrestling with a fragment shader that will render antialiased vector
text at the moment. Ok, so it's not 3D, but still something I need.
Shaders are tough. I need to look into some sort of debugger. I'll
look into the those files. Thanks.

I've done some OpenGL programming in C, which is where my interest in BRL-CAD
comes from. I also used old mainframe CATIA CAD software at one time.
Can you elaborate more on your programming experience? I would assume this
means you’re interested in doing work that is in some way related to GUI and/or
OpenGL? If you’ve looked over our list of project ideas or our TODO file or
BUGS file, do any jump out at you as being interesting and within reach of your
skills?
Whatever project you envision, make sure that it is tailored to your skills.
Nearly any skill level can be accommodated, but the expectations and scope of
the projects should be appropriate. Thanks again for introducing yourself.
Cheers!
Sean
