Pthread
pthread_set/get_affinity() are POSIX threads library functions. So I'm
guessing they need to be implemented in the section where pthread_create is
being used(in #if defined(HAVE_PTHREAD_H) block) and not before it in the
SunOS/Solaris section, where thr_create is being used. Am I right?
