Okay, that's fixed. For all the platforms that call parallel_interface_arg
directly, the cpu_id is assigned a value in bu_parallel_interface itself.
The globals aren't touched. Now, there's a single structure now in
bu_parallel, rather than different structures for different platforms, as I
had done previously(which I felt is unecessary.) Also, found some tiny
mistake in the error statment in POSIX section. Error message
said 'thr_create failed ......' I made that 'pthread_create
failed ..........'
