ok ok i try to compile brltty on a chromebook
the compilation go fine but qemu dont see the brlapi in /usr/local/lib
and ldconfig give error something about cach

No, it'll enable brlapi if it detects it.
Did you run ldconfig after running make install in brltty? You always
need that when installing a library in /usr/local.
