What I'm actually suggesting is to verify if the eSpeak-NG's 
SynthCallback() is invoked with espeakEVENT_MSG_TERMINATED or not within 
a reasonable time after using espeak_Cancel() when those spoken long 
lines are not interrupted as expected.
