The journal shows that systemd is stopping the BRLTTY
instance (with no reason given, as before).
this might be a udev rules problem, unless systemd is doing something new and
I'm using an older release of it than you are. I'm using 248.

hm. the latest release of systemd 247. are you using dev version?
