To ensure Liblouis always gives correct braille representation, it's
necessary to use `louis.dotsIO` in the `mode` parameter. If
BrailleUnicode is preferable, `Louis.dotsIO` can be disjuncted (|) with

Yes, that's true. Orca's repo is located in Gitlab. The developer of
Orca is included in the copy of this topic.
@Joanie, would it be possible to apply fixes that are written to next
Orca master? That would be really helpful in fixing the braille for
Russian in Orca.
