Hi Paul, Here with BRLTTY 6.6 installed and NVDA 2024.1 it displays brltty. But just when the Service is running. Hm. Interesting.

Hi, I am using a portable version of brltty and a HIMS note taker over bluetooth serial. Since this is only braille display I have, I too can't get the USB to work. Perhaps try connection over bluetooth? Lastly, brltty is not listed in the options in the latest nvda. I hope this helps. I think that brltty does work on window but not with nvda and jaws. As far as I know brltty 6.4 is used in narrators. Lastly I use brltty 6.6 frequently with window CMD console.
